Monthly peer coaching for design firm owners who are tired of figuring it out alone.
Running a firm is lonely. You're the designer, the CFO, the HR department, and the rainmaker. Each month, a small group of firm leaders meets with me on Zoom for 90 minutes to work on the real challenges you bring: cash flow, pricing, staffing, project management, and growth. You leave with practical answers you can use the next day, a trusted circle of peers who understand your world, and the accountability to actually implement.
When: Medium firms (15+ people) meet the 1st Tuesday of each month. Small firms (under 15 people) meet the 3rd Tuesday. Both groups meet 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM Pacific.
Investment: $250/month, billed quarterly ($750). New members start on the 1st or 3rd Tuesday of the following month.
